Minor Works by Neo is the dedicated minor-works arm of Neo Construct Pty Ltd, a registered commercial builder operating across Victoria since 2010.

“The idea that it’s a subsidiary/division of the broader company is key. Offering the same resources and know how but more agile or nimble.”

The concept

The wordmark has been developed by utilising the same font as neo, stacked neatly and precisely to ensure optimum legibility. The ‘by’ became an ‘x’ which then became a ‘<’ ... a little mathematical nod to ‘less than’ or equal to. Directional and strong.
